Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (Eastern Time - GMT-05:00)

The estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 8 business days, including handling and transit time. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and carrier.

Shipping Cost:

Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Change of Address:

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@clothture.com.. Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information when available. You can use the tracking number to follow your package during transit.

Incorrect Address:

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. For further assistance with shipped orders, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged Parcels:

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your parcel or item arrives damaged, contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@clothture.com.. Photos of the package and damaged item may be requested so we can properly review the issue.

Taxes:

Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable requirements.
