1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment verification. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid any delays in processing.
2. Order Cut Off Time:
To make sure timely processing, Please placed it before 4PM (GMT -05:00 Eastern Time) to be included in the day's processing batch on that day.
3. Transit Time:
Standard transit takes 7 to 9 business days (Mon to Fri) 
Please be aware that during peak seasons or promotional periods, there might be slight delays in processing your orders. Once we processed your order, our dedicated team makes sure that it is carefully packed and ready for transit. We work with trustworthy shipping partners to bring your ordered product to your doorstep with the safely. If there’s any delay for any reason, we’ll get in touch with you right away.

5. Order Tracking:
After shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. So, you can keep on eye the status and location of your package in real-time and you can check order status through “Track My Order” page.
6. Tracking Information Availability:
It might take up to 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available after we have shipped your order.
7. Cancelation Window:
You can cancel your order, but in limited time duration, Once we start preparing to send it out, Cancelation might not be an option.

11. Undeliverable Package:
If a package is can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned, customers may be responsible for reshipping fees or other associate costs.
